Generally, the minimum age requirement for renting a car in Albania is 21 years old, reflecting the country’s welcoming attitude towards tourists. Some rental companies may have higher age requirements, typically 23 or 25 years old.

You do not need to pay anything in advance. All the payments are done the day of the pick up.
